Purpose

Use WMS Download QGIS (wms_download.qgz) project to define sections for web maps you want to download from a Wep Map Service (WMS).

For example download Swissimage sections from Swisstopo (layer ch.swisstopo.images-swissimage from geo.admin.ch):

Installation

Prerequisites:

QGIS, install it using the OSGeo4W installer.

Install WMS Download:

Download the WMS Download files from here and..
..place them into one folder on your PC.

Open wms_download.qgz and get started.
